-watercolor sketchbook (your preference hot -smooth- or cold-textured- press).
-paintbrush, synthetic-round number 8, 10, 12 or 20
-watercolor half pan set of your choice (more info here)
-jar for water with a tight fitting lid
-water bottle to refill water jar as necessary
-paper towels for blotting
-sketchbook of lighter weight paper (such as the moleskines
-pencil, a hard and soft or of your choice
-eraser (unless it is on your pencil already)

clips or an elastic band to keep your sketchbook together on windy days.
